Welcome to Boulderbrook San Leandro Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our landscaping services.

Services Provided

Boulderbrook San Leandro Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, sod installation, lighting, drainage solutions, seasonal cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching, and artificial turf installation. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if site conditions differ from the initial assessment or if you request changes to the scope of work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work and progress payments throughout the project.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time for your service. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to all areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and ensuring pets are secured. If we cannot access the work area due to obstacles or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties vary by service and will be detailed in your service agreement. Plant materials typically carry a limited warranty against defects and failure under normal conditions.

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, improper maintenance, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any care instructions we provide.

Limitation of Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and take precautions to protect your property. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage from severe weather events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Markings

For any work involving excavation or ground penetration, you are responsible for having underground utilities marked by calling 811 before we begin work. We will not be responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

Changes to Services

If you wish to make changes to the agreed-upon scope of work, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes may affect the timeline and cost of your project. We will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with any changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. For one-time projects, termination after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased. We reserve the right to terminate service if payment terms are not met or if site conditions pose safety risks to our crew.

Disputes

We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes promptly and fairly. If you have any issues with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you in good faith to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
